Reuben Pruitt will match your level of commitment towards achieving your goals. If you are there, working hard, he will be right there alongside you. He will be your biggest cheerleader as you work to establish new habits and learn about your body. He is remarkably knowledgeable and has his finger on the pulse of his field. I had never heard of the Functional Movement System before, but working through it with Reuben helped balance my body; my chiropractor even noticed and asked what I had been doing! If you're contemplating working with Reuben I would recommend it. Just remember the Theodore Roosevelt quote, "nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort."

Reuben Is a fantastic trainer. I decided to train with him because I had back problems and he is highly qualify. He adapts all the excersises to my needs. At the end of every session I receive a feedback from him and he motivates me every day to keep going and improving on my routines. I've been training with him since 6 months ago and I don't feel any pain that I used to feel before. That's awesome, by body appreciates it!I love his sense of humor and his personality. He is very positive. He has a lot of knowledge about human body and he explains it to me in every exercise I do.Every time my daughter visits me from Spain joins Reuben's classes. She loves him too!I feel stronger and healthier. I recommend him 100%.

I first started with Reuben in November. I had a shoulder injury, and was limited. That didn't stop him from coming up with other workouts for us to do! He is so passionate about what he does, and his clients and it shows. He is one of a kind. Even when I'm not at the club he is constantly giving me words of encouragement. I have learned so much from being a client of Reuben's. I wouldn't pick any other trainer in the world to kick my butt. Thanks to him I have lost weight, gotten stronger and feel good about myself. I know when I tell him to not go easy on me, that he most certainly will not. If you have goals, he will do everything he can to help you get there. In his words...."you're a rockstar Reuben!"
